Additional fees may be applied after vehicle inspection. These fees are required to ensure your vehicle is cleaned and sanitized properly. If you do not accept the additional fee, the service will not be considered 100% satisfied.
Examples of biohazards include mold, feces, and vomit. Special cleaning and disposal procedures — which may incur extra charges — are required for biohazard removal.
Ozone treatment is optional but recommended when smoke odors or other persistent smells are present (for example, odors from mold, protein spills, or bodily fluids). Ozone helps remove airborne and embedded odors that standard cleaning may not eliminate.
If an additional fee is required, we will:
Explain the reason for the fee and the work needed.
Provide an estimate before proceeding when possible.
